Dora's best friend Boots is a furry, fuzzy, five-and-a-half-year-old monkey who speaks English. He is sweet and loving, and he likes to hold Dora's hand and follow her lead like a worshipful younger brother. He is playful, giggly and happy, and he loves to make Dora laugh and to surprise her.
