Mr Wilter

Rudy is perceived as a slacker by his teacher, Mr. Wilter, for being more creative and less academically inclined. He daydreams during Mr. Wilter’s lectures and doodles on his test papers. This insults Mr. Wilter, who thinks Rudy’s cartoons are “rude drawings” and gets punished for them. Mr. Wilter thinks cartoons are a waste of time and doesn’t hesitate to say so.
