Reggie Bulnerd
Reggie Bulnerd is the class bully. He is bigger and stronger than the other kids – and he knows it. Being a typical bully, Reggie fancies himself to be clever, but he is really a dolt. He loves to pick on Rudy and has marked him as a “loser,” so the other kids tend to shun him as well. Rudy isn’t happy about this situation and while he has attempted to rectify it, his efforts always fall short. His basketballs don’t hit the basket, and more importantly, his artwork is misunderstood. |
