Phoebe is Helga's best - make that her ONLY - friend. Helga doesn't say much to her, but Phoebe still gets a lot out of the friendship.
Phoebe spent a good part of her life traveling through other countries. She's very sophisticated. In fact, she's probably the smartest kid in Arnold's world. But she's not really a leader - and that's a big reason why she hangs out with Helga.
Some say Phoebe has a crush on Gerald. Gerald seems to like Phoebe, too. It's tough to say what will happen between them, but it's nice to see Phoebe helping herself out for a change... |
