Oslo is the head of the Guardians, a group of powerful Seijins that work within the Sphere, controlling all of Skyland. Oslo has altered his Seijin power by keeping himself constantly exposed to sunlight (where Seijins draw their power), even though maintaining such power takes its toll on his body. Power mad and obsessed with ruling the world, he will go to any length to fulfill the Prophecy, which he believes will happen if he and Mila combine their Seijin powers. After kidnapping Mila, he learned of her daughter Lena, who could possess the kind of power that would surely bring forth the mythical Prophecy he desires so greatly. He will do whatever it takes to capture Lena and put and end their ridiculous resistance.
