Dodie's little brother and Carl's sidekick, hapless Hoodsey would be perfectly content to sit and watch TV or play with action figures all day. But Carl gets him out into the world—and often into a world of trouble. He'll usually puff himself up enough to play Carl's right-hand man, but sometimes he pipes in as the voice of reason against his pal's outrageous schemes.
