Come celebrate Eid with Nickelodeon this month as we have many specials lined upespecially for you!

First up, tune in on September 4 for some singing and dancing like you have never seen before in the original TV movie special, Spectacular as we take a special look behind the costumes and sequins of show choirs to unveil a competitive world. It’s yet another show choir season and the two top groups, Spectacular and Ta-Da, are raising the stakes with new members on their choirs.

Next, say “Ni Hao!” (that’s Mandarin for Hello!) to our latest member of the Nickelodeon family, Kai-Lan! Ni Hao, Kai-Lan is a play-along, think-along series starring Kai-Lan, a bilingual Chinese-American girl. Kai-Lan speaks both English and Mandarin and with the help of her Ye-ye (grandfather) and her animal friends, she embarks on adventures to discover more about her culture and language.

Also new on the channel is the Fairytale Detective, Sandy. Think you’re familiar with all the fairytales? Wait till you discover that Cinderella’s glass slippers have been stolen or that Sleeping Beauty doesn’t wake up after her kiss, and only Sandy is the one who can help you out!

On your Eid holidays, tune in to the premiere telecast of The Backyardigans’ TV movie special, Tale of the Mighty Knights as your favourite five are transformed into knights, goblins and fairies in an epic tale of adventure. Then, catch the Indonesia Kids Choice Awards 2009 and expect lots more slime on your favourite Indonesia artistes this year! All these and more, only on Nickelodeon this September.
