Due to inclement weather and in the interest of safety, Nickelodeon's SHOCKTOBER event in the Philippines has been postponed to November 1 (tomorrow) at 3pm to 9pm, the Music Hall of SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City, Metro Manila.
